Capital Region HR Association (CRHRA) announces Call for Presenters

    January 28, 2019

The Capital Region HR Association (CRHRA) has recently announced its Call for Presenters for the annual conference held in Albany each year.  We’d like to make you aware that we are looking for high quality speakers to deliver relevant content to HR professionals, so if you'd like to share this message with your membership or any speakers who have recently presented at your chapter meetings, we would be appreciative!  We hope that your members may also find value in attending our conference, and we’ll have more information available soon once the program is set and we open up registration.

The event will be held at the new Albany Capital Center on May 20 and 21, 2019.  This year we are expanding our format to a 1.5 day conference. Monday, May 20th will be the half-day "welcome" to the conference including a Keynote address, legislative advocacy workshop, and networking event. Tuesday, May 21st will follow our standard conference format including a legislative update and several breakout sessions.

Breakout sessions (60 minutes long, including question and answer time) should focus on best practices and/or update and enhance participants’ HR and Business knowledge and expertise, and provide specific “take-home” tools to empower participants to look at their practices and add value to their organizations.

Proposal goals/requirements and the submission form are available online at: https://bit.ly/2CP0aE2.

We have just extended the deadline for submission to February 5th.  If you could share this information with your members and any other interested parties, that would be terrific!
