    A fundamental principle of HRATT is to welcome all members without discrimination due to race, color, national origin, age, disability, alienage or citizenship status, marital status, creed, genetic predisposition or carrier status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

    Qualifications for Membership

    To achieve the mission of the Association there shall be no discrimination in individual memberships because of race, religion, sex, age, national origin or handicap. Memberships are individual and are not transferable to other individuals.

    Membership Plus ($215) – Pay one price.  Attend meetings all year! 

    Regular Members who wish to pay in advance for attendance at all 2018 programs (joint programs and conference excluded.)  This membership level is transferable within an employer when payment is made by an employer for a named person and that person’s HR role changes (e.g., promotions, separation, relocation) during the year.  This level is not refundable for any reason (e.g., reassignment, relocation, non-attendance).

    Regular Membership ($55)

    Individuals with at least 3 years of exempt level experience in Human Resources management.; must be currently, or within one year, engaged in human resources; includes consultants and faculty; Regular Members may vote and hold office.

    Retired Life Membership ($50)

    HRATT members retired from active full-time employment.

    Full-time Student Membership ($25)

    Full-time students who are not working.

    *Annual membership dues shall be established for the next year by the Board of Directors prior to the notification of renewal. Annual dues shall become payable by January 1 of each year. New members paying dues in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year shall be considered members in good standing for that quarter and for the following fiscal year.
