    Featuring speaker Judith Rowe, owner for Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC. 

    Everyone has talents – they are part of each person’s DNA!  How we use them and leverage them in the workplace can make the difference between living a meaningful, impact life or a life of tasks without engagement.  This session conveys the basic philosophy of strengths based on leadership/engagement and the assessments that are ideal for HR to use to identify strengths and actions to help bring out the best each employee has to offer in the workplace and in life!

    Participants will learn:

    -The basic philosophy of strengths based development and leadership and its importance in effective organizations.

    -Strengths development tips, assessments and activities.

    -How to use learnings beyond the session for personal development and leadership enhancement.

    Judith Rowe is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others realize their full potential in life.   Her consulting company, Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC, has a focus on training, facilitation, coaching, career development, and wellness. 

    Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.   In addition, Judy earned a Master of Industrial Labor and Relations degree from Cornell University.   She is certified to train StandOut Advantage.
